At Better we are looking for people who are willing to learn, can work late shifts, are self -motivated, and have great communication skills (need to interact very regularly with the US team and other US based third parties).

Key responsibilities :

- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle

- Planning & executing monthly engagement activities

- Address & resolve employee queries

- Administration management

- Monthly Budgeting, Payroll and all regulatory related actions (PF, etc) for employees
