About the Role : There is a growing need to engage with our key business partners in the Business Services Stream/ Shared Services /Corporate Services to comprehend essential learning needs and conceptualize and deliver high value learning programs. This incumbent will be required to co-create and design learning programs as well as oversee the delivery and follow-up to ensure maximum effectiveness. Responsibilities : - Manage learning &amp; development initiatives for a specific Line of Business - Engage and partner with LOB leaders and SPOCs for building team member capability - Align L&amp;D initiatives with the Business priorities - Roll out LOB specific learning solutions in accordance to the learning priorities agreed with the business - Support new and future capabilities thereby enabling business growth - Lead Learning Need Analysis efforts on a periodic basis with key stakeholders. - Partner with stakeholders for co-creation of learning programs. - Liaise with the vendors to ensure effective delivery of learning programs. - Design and deliver non-ILT learning interventions such as mentoring, executive coaching, e-learning, knowledge sharing sessions and forums etc. - Prepare learning and development collaterals to a consistently high standard and ensure that they reach the participant/facilitator within agreed timelines. - Recommend changes to business unit development objectives. - Ensure adherence to Policies and Procedures of Learning and Development team in each of the capability building efforts - Preparing dashboards and having a metric centric approach for each LOB supported Essential Qualifications : - Graduate/ Post - graduate from a reputed institution with 4+ years of experience in Learning &amp; Development. - Ability to interpret organizational trends and translate into learning needs. - Strong knowledge on Designing and Developing new learning solutions - Experience in leading Performance Consulting projects. - Strong stakeholder management skills. Prior experience in managing senior stakeholders. - Advance facilitation skills - High standard of communication and presentation skills - Program Management - includes communication, follow up with participants and stakeholders - Experience in OD/Consulting related projects - Ability to deal with a demanding workload and prioritize accordingly.
