Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis


Job Responsibilities:


- Creating, updating, and maintaining financial models and detailed forecasts of the company's future operations at India Level


- Develop a business planning process, prepare reports and analyze all chief metrics for all financial plans.


- Prepare reports on income and expense of the company, coordinate with various departments and compile all financial data and prepare final financial reports.


- Perform adhoc analysis and coordinate with teams and implement ll financial systems


- Building a financial database by identifying sources of information, assembling, verifying and backing up data.

Coordinate with management and analyze all interim projects


Requirement : 


- Bachelor's / Master's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred


- 8+ years of experience working with MNC in Financial Analysis and Planning profile


- Should have strong analytical and decision making skills


- Should have an understanding of reading and understanding financial statements


- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting within different departments, cross function and management team.


- Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management


- Good presentation skills for educating internal clients on financial modelling/ plans


- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
