Job Description:

- Own & scale the D2C Business: Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention through a best-in-class website experience.

- Customer-Centric Strategy: Lead with empathy-craft a seamless online shopping journey that feels personal and intuitive.

- Data-Driven, Heart-Led: Optimize conversion rates, lifetime value (LTV), and average order value (AOV) while ensuring customer happiness.

- Brand Storytelling Meets Performance: Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to create campaigns that resonate emotionally while delivering results.

- Retention & Loyalty: Build programs that turn buyers into brand ambassadors through email, SMS, community engagement, and beyond.

- Seamless Omnichannel Integration: Ensure a connected experience across website, social media, offline touchpoints, and customer support.

- Tech & Operations Alignment: Collaborate with team members for any website updating, new offers, social media updating, B2B team alignment, handling a team of counsellors, CRM team alignment with company goal.

- Innovation & Experimentation: Stay ahead of trends in AI, personalization, and customer engagement to push boundaries and keep us ahead of the curve.

- Business driven with goal settings- Generate revenue through B2B clients, provide best of services to them for retention, generate sales through word of mouth.
