Responsibilities :
- Maintains a strong working knowledge of function and Company initiatives and serves as a consultant to operational department Leaders, Culture Committee Members, and Front Line Employees to share best practices on Employee celebration, appreciation and recognition solutions to enhance the overall Culture and Employee engagement
- Support in creating avenues to gauge Employee sentiment and support in representing the organisation in relevant platforms
- Support and work with cross-functional Teams and HERBs to help facilitate events and special projects, and bring awareness to various departments and initiatives as needed.
- Promotes, participates and helps lead Company Wide appreciations and celebrations such as Culture Blitzes and Culture Champion events.
- Provides oversight to establish and maintain Culture Committees - ERG's
- Responsible for mining and promoting newsworthy Culture content for systemwide storytelling.
- Serves as an active member of the Companywide Culture Committee.
