Job Summary:

Betaque Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth in the IT services and consulting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing digital and offline campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

- Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy aligned with Betaque Solutions' business goals.

- Establish and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

- Define key branding, positioning, and communication strategies to enhance industry presence.

Digital & Multi-Channel Marketing:

- Oversee and optimize SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and content marketing efforts.

- Develop data-driven, multi-channel lead generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition.

- Manage website optimization, marketing automation, and performance tracking tools to improve digital reach and conversion rates.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to refine strategies.

- Utilize insights from consumer behavior and industry trends to shape marketing initiatives.

- Implement data analytics and performance measurement metrics to optimize marketing ROI.

Collaboration & Go-to-Market Execution:

- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

- Drive product marketing campaigns, industry partnerships, and event promotions.

- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and service offerings.

Team Leadership & Growth:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.

- Drive a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence within the marketing department.

- Oversee budgeting, vendor management, and resource allocation for optimal marketing execution.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in an IT services or consulting firm.

- Proven expertise in digital marketing, branding, demand generation, and multi-channel campaigns.

- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, content strategy, social media marketing, and analytics tools.

- Exceptional ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.

- Experience in team leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional project management.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work on-site in Indore and manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
