Responsibilities :

- Valuation

- ESOP / Stock based compensation

- Purchase Price Allocation

Intangibles :

- Goodwill/Brand

- CCPS, OCPS, Convertible Notes, Guarantees

- Financial Modeling

- MIS , Budgeting & Planning

- Financial Due Diligence

Qualifications : We are degree agnostic but seek a sound background in Corporate Finance concepts as applicable to our job
