Bestseller - Manager - Accounts

The Role :

- Purpose of this role is to oversee various activities related to finance and accounts to ensure timely closure

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :

- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close

- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information

- Purchase order Authorisation (tracking with Budget)

- Supports budget and forecasting activities and monthly comparison of Budget with actual

- Review of fixed Asset Accounting, Capitalisation, Inter company billing and monthly Depreciation

- Compliance of Direct Tax (TDS + Advance Tax) activities

- Compliance in Forex currency transaction

- Review of General Ledger to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met

- Vendor reconciliation and solving open issues

- Tracking of Purchase order of Opex and Capex

- Work with the Seniors and audit staff to ensure a clean and timely year end audit

- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow

- Support Seniors with special projects and workflow process improvements

- Monthly, Quarterly & Annual closing of Books of Accounts

ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA :

- Must have 6-8 years of relevant experience

- Post-Graduation in Finance/CA/ICWA is a must
