We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales and Business Development Leader to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the forefront of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
You would be responsible for driving a company's business and increasing its revenue, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and building and expanding the presence of the company and its brands. You will also lead sales and client-relationship management, track new markets and customer needs, recommend new products and services, propose and develop new strategic partnerships, write proposals and plans, and guide long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.
Role:
- Building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers' needs.
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
- Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
- Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients
- Implement a training and orientation program to educate new hires
- Establish a referral network with local businesses and find ways to maximize value from those connections.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Premier Engineering College & Master's in Business Administration (Sales and Marketing) from a reputed institute.
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Head, Sales Manager, or a relevant role for a minimum of 10 years.
- It is necessary to have relevant Sales and leadership experience in global markets including APAC/MENA/EMEA/US/UK markets.
- Proven sales track record.
- Business/Product/Pricing (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) Strategy, Consulting & Business Development experience.
- Growth mindset, Ambitious, and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
