- Bert Labs is seeking a MarComm Leader to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead our marketing, communication, efforts and make a significant impact on our brand's growth, reputation and expansion to global markets.
- The MarComm Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Bert Labs's marketing and communication strategies. The successful candidate will possess a combination of strategic thinking, creative flair, and leadership skills.
- This position may require occasional travel and working outside of normal business hours may be required. The position will report to the Chief Growth Officer.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, communication, that align with the company's overall objectives and brand identity.
- Candidate should have understanding in Deep tech, New Age media influencers , Social Podcast etc
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and journalists, and proactively seek opportunities for media coverage in India and global markets. Content Creation: Lead content development efforts, including the creation of press releases, articles, blog posts, social media content, and more.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing and PR initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
- Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies and protocols to protect and enhance the company's reputation.
- Website SEO/SEM: Responsible for the website SEO/SEM
- Internal Communication: Be the champion of the Company and its communication to all internal stakeholders
- Event Management: Plan and execute events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
- Brand Management: Ensure the consistency and integrity of the company's brand across all marketing and communication channels.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing and PR budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Must have experience in Corporate Marketing Communications.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing, communication, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in crisis management and reputation building is a plus.
- Knowledge of deep tech/AI/IoT.
