The position will report to the Co-Founder, Executive Director and Chief Growth Officer of the company.
Responsibilities:
- You will have co-ownership of making Bert Labs as one of the most admired Global institution.
- You will have co-ownership of making Bert Platform Solution- products and platforms as one of the most admired globally.
- You will have the ownership of digital marketing strategy and execution with the objective of making Bert Labs recognised as the one of the most innovative AI - technology company in the world.
- You will have the ownership to build globally Founder, Chairperson & CEO and Co-Founder, Executive Director and CGO profiles
- You will have the ownership of digital marketing strategy and execution with the objective of making Bert Platform Solution AI Infra - Bert Maximus IoT devices - Bert Qrious Wireless Sensor Network Platform - Bert Nova Multi-tenant Distributed Computing platform - Bert Design System - Bert Geminus Operational Digital Twin - Bert Optimus Reinforcement Learning Agent, recognised as the one of the most innovative products in the world helping Fortune 100/500/1000/2000 companies in USA, UK, EU, Singapore, APAC, MENA, India, achieve their business transformation goals on energy, CO2 emissions, net zero, production and supply chain
- You will have the ownership of content including SEO on Bert Labs website to make it a Lead Generation engine for client, partners and talent pull, to sustain maximum impact at all times. This is with Company's objectives monthly/quarterly/annually to be achieved, enabling Company achieving Bert Labs GTM milestones, client acquisitions and revenue recognition. And on-boarding best of global talent.
- You will have the ownership of Digital marketing and SEM for Bert Labs website to make it a Lead Generation engine for client, partners and talent pull, to sustain maximum impact at all times. This is with Company's objectives monthly/quarterly/annually to be achieved, enabling Company achieving Bert Labs GTM milestones, client acquisitions and revenue recognition. And on-boarding best of global talent.
- You will have the ownership of tracking key metrics for Bert Labs website and improving the quantifiable numbers on - Channels and Channel groupings (Organic, Social, Display, Paid, Direct), Top landing pages, Conversion metrics, Device type, Traffic by content type, Keyword ranking, Goals completion, Core web vitals (Largest Contentful paint LCP <2.5sec, First Input Delay FID < 100millisecs, Cumulative Layout Shift CLS < 0.1), Bounce rate, Pages per session, Average session duration and New vs returning users, Geographies.
- You will have the ownership of incorporating changes to improve the key metrics for Bert Labs website
- You will have the ownership of creating Digital Content for reaching out to relevant cohorts - Clients, Investors, Talent across various platforms, including but not limited to Podcasts, Webcasts, Whitepapers, blogs, paper presentations, social media posts
- You will have the ownership of tracking key metrics for Bert Labs on Social media platforms - LinkedIn, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, Reddit, Google reviews and incorporating changes to improve the key metrics
- You will have the ownership to build Bert Labs relationship with stakeholders of companies running Social media platforms - LinkedIn, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, Reddit, Google.
- You will have the ownership of researching Clients priorities and drafting the communication from Bert Labs, in line with Bert GTM Milestones, to be sent out by the Leadership, sales and product management teams
- You will have the ownership of Company's leading contribution at Industry events of significance in USA, UK, EU, Singapore, APAC, MENA, India. Positioning the Company as a thought leader in the AI-IoT space
- You will have the ownership of Company's contribution for Industry Awards in USA, UK, EU, Singapore, APAC, MENA, India. Positioning the Company as a thought leader in the AI-IoT space
- You will have the ownership of Company's leadership contribution for Industry Associations in USA, UK, EU, Singapore, APAC, MENA, India. Positioning the Company as a thought leader in the AI-IoT space
- You will have the ownership of leading any crisis with internal and external communication on behalf of the Company
- You will always have the co-ownership of leading internal communication for Bert Labs members to appreciate the opportunity they have for learning and growth within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Arts/Sciences/Engineering from leading colleges in Delhi University, Kolkata University/Mumbai University/Chennai University/Pune University/Engineering degree from IITs/BITS/NITs/Jadavpur University/DTU/Top Engineering Institutes in USA, Europe, UK/NUS
- Master's in Business Administration from MICA/IIMs/FMS/MDI/ IMT/NMIMS/JBIMS/ Top Business Schools in USA, Europe, UK, Singapore
- 10 - 15 years proven B2B tech digital marketing leadership experience
- Proven leadership experience in B2B tech digital marketing in Product/Platform/ DeepTech/AI/ IoT/Semiconductor/Embedded Systems/IT Services company in established, reputed, growing companies and in early stage high growth companies like NVIDIA, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Bosch, Siemens, Samsung, Honeywell, ABB, Adobe, Broadcom, Qualcomm, IBM, Oracle, Apple, Meta, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric, Johnson Control, Accenture, Tata Group, Tech Mahindra, WIPRO, Infosys
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
