We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial and energetic Product management led Sales team to help us build the Global market ecosystem. You will be at the forefront of the company and research and innovation powered development. And will have the dedication to strategize and execute business growth in accordance to Company's vision of USD 1 Billion revenue by FY28.

You will be the leader to drive Company's GTM strategy in Germany, France, Austria, and other EU regions, UK, USA, Singapore/APAC, MENA and India in accordance to four major milestones, 1. Bert Platform Solution- Consulting 2. Bert Platform Solution- POC 3. Bert Platform Solution- Pilot 4. Bert Platform Solution- Scale-up, to be achieved on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual basis over the next four years leading to USD 1 Billion Global revenues.

You will be responsible to build the business in Germany, France, Austria, and other EU regions, UK, USA, Singapore/APAC, MENA and India and increasing its revenue, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and building and expanding the presence of the company and its brands in seven technology business groups, 1. Bert Maximus- IoT devices, 2. Bert Qrious- IoT powered Wireless Sensor Network 3. Bert Nova- Distributed Computing Platform 4. Bert Nova- Business Intelligence Powered Dashboard Platform 5. Bert Geminus- Operational Digital Twin Deep Neural Network Platform 6. Bert Optimus- Reinforcement Learning Optimization Platform 7. Integrated Bert Platform Solution- .

You will be responsible for appointing and leading Company's relationships with Channel Partners, Distributors and Resellers in Germany, France, Austria, and other EU regions, UK, USA, Singapore/APAC, MENA and India.

You will also lead sales and client-relationship management, track new markets and customer needs, recommend new products and services, propose and develop new strategic partnerships, research on industries, enterprises and governments, write proposals and plans, and guide long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements. You will work with internal technology groups to bespoke Bert Platform Solution- for different manufacturing plants across industries and commercial buildings.

Role:

- Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, channel partners, distributors and resellers

- Doing market research to identify target markets and clients for Bert Platform Solution-

- Developing deep and wide understanding of Bert Platform Solution- to identify high growth profitable business opportunities

- Preparing Client proposals

- Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs)

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives

- Researching emerging trends and recommending new Bert Platform Solution- product offerings to satisfy customers' needs

- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business

- Presenting business or marketing opportunities to Company's leadership and Board of Directors

- Be a source of inspiration for fellow Bert to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients

- Establish a referral network with local businesses and find ways to maximize value from those connections

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from IITs/BITS/NITs/Jadavpur University/DTU/Top Engineering Institutes in USA, Europe, UK/NUS

- Master's in Business Administration from IIMs/FMS/MDI/XLRI/IMT/NMIMS/JBIMS/ Top Business Schools in USA, Europe, UK, Singapore

- Proven work experience in Product and Consultative Sales, Business Development and Marketing, Sales Manager

- 15 - 25 years of total experience

- Proven Product management and Consultative Sales and Business Leadership track record

- Business/Product/Pricing (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) Strategy, Consulting & Business Development experience

- Entrepreneurial mindset, Growth mindset, Leader mindset, Ambitious, and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced hustle environment

- Agility to lead a team and work as an individual contributor

- Ability to successfully collaborate with high talent group across all ages

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
