- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Sales to lead our sales and marketing efforts.

- This role is crucial in shaping and executing strategies to enhance our market presence and drive growth.

- As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales strategies, managing sales forecasting, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and analyzing performance metrics.

- Your collaborative skills will be key in coordinating with both external distributors and internal teams to achieve our sales objectives and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to both channel and named accounts.

- Ensure alignment with the company's overall business goals and market positioning.

- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports to guide business decisions.

- Analyze market trends and sales performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline that identifies new business opportunities and drives revenue growth.

- Monitor and optimize pipeline metrics to ensure a steady flow of prospects and leads.

- Team Leadership and Coaching: Manage and mentor a team of Regional Directors (RDs) and sales staff.

- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and performance management.

- Set clear objectives and provide support to help the team achieve their sales targets.

- Market Expansion: Drive initiatives to expand our market share by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and increase our competitive advantage.

- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with external distributors and partners to strengthen relationships and drive sales.

- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies and seamless operations.

- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate sales performance against targets.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.

- Client and Account Management: Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients.

- Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Equivalent work experience may be considered.

- Experience: Proven experience in channel and key account sales, with a successful track record of - meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Previous experience in the IT industry is highly desirable, demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics and area coverage.

Skills:

- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.

- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Working Conditions:

- Travel: This role may require occasional travel to meet with clients, partners, and attend industry events
