3) Job Description & Role and Responsibility:

i) To work as a Founding Leadership Team Member & Manager-Product Design Development, based in our Global Delhi HQ, India.

You should be a doer and have hands-on Product Development with delivery through Mobile Apps, Web applications, Should have Good hands-on MedIoT working with Mobile applications in Hospitals and Consumers specifically in Digital Health, AI Health, and Healthcare Industry. Digital Health Platform Products UX / UI / Graphics / Indesign /Media Animation Design development for Web and Mobile App for Product Line.

For developing our Pre-sales / Pre-Marketing Product Material, Product Visualisation Developments in Video animation, Pitch Deck Presentation using Indesign and other design media tools, and an exhaustive range of Artwork related to Product Launch Material for Digital online and Physical Launch.

The Job Role, designation & compensation Package depend upon your domain expertise as an entrepreneur mindset, single-handed multi-hat role, and as a Team Leader to work under limited resources, and what you bring to the table with meeting deadlines and commitment.

ii) Mandatory to be an entrepreneur & should have worked/working in a health tech / Healthcare organization of repute in an early-stage/ Growth stage Digital Health / Health Startup / fast-growing in HealthTech / Healthcare only.

iii) You must be the first doer and direct performer and high achiever go-getter at limited resources in HealthTech / Healthcare, Preparing Presentations, Preparing from POC to Wireframe and complete end to end Product Development Life cycle, Hi-Fi Interactive Prototype Development, MVP, Product design Development and Product Visualisation through developing UX / UI Design Media Design, Visual Design, Communication Design, Behavioral Design, Pitch /seminar to top-line doctors /Clients.

4) Qualification:

At least should be B. Design / B.Tech from reputed Institutes from NIFT / NID / IDC Bombay or any Professional Design Institue.

5) Experience:

At least 3 -15 Years of hardcore working experience in direct representing a Software Product Development Company / Healthcare Technology Product organization in dealing on a day-to-day basis with cutting edge Innovative new Healthcare Technology / Digital Health / AI Health with a Mobile app Product Design Thinking and Product development and Solutions Capability building.
