What is the job like?
- Managing key account targets - identifying, engaging, and closing clients.
- Surpassing (or meeting) agreed-upon targets.
- Developing and maintaining active interpersonal relationships with executive-level prospects and clients.
- Being responsible for the entire sales cycle - discovery, contacting, qualifying, product presentation(s), contract and pricing negotiations, delivery and implementation.
Who should apply for this role?
- Minimum 10 years of experience with financial institutions or in relationship management and/or business development roles for fintech software/solutions companies.
- Strong Rolodex of executive-level decision-makers across companies and financial institutions.
- Contacts within the financial service industry - consulting partners, consortiums, and influential entities.
- Ability to develop a solid understanding of technological products and services.
- Demonstrated track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with executives at banks and credit unions + Sound understanding of banking business models.
- Excellent negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay - organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and highly motivated.
