What is the job like?

- Coordinating with internal risk and business development teams to close investments.

- Building relationships and working with our fintech, payment gateway, and banking partners.

- Understanding the process for investments across different products and liaising with NBFC partners.

- Maintain live transaction activity dashboards for the senior management and maintain weekly reports for our lending partners.

- Monitor the operational time and escalate based on identified indicators.

- Ensure TAT on investment operations while improving the disbursement experience for all stakeholders.

Who should apply for this role?

- 2-4 yrs of experience in operations in the banking/NBFC/fin-tech industry.

- Experience in creating reports, analytics dashboards, and handling collections end-to-end collections.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Strong understanding of MS Excel.

- Ability to work on a tech-enabled infrastructure and adapt quickly.
