What is the job like?
- Building strong client relationships and consistent communication about the best practices, insights, and product knowledge.
- Onboarding new customers successfully by partnering with the sales team.
- Ensuring high customer renewals levels, identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue by providing feedback and advocacy on customers' pain points to internal teams.
- Building strong product expertise and providing training & ongoing support as required.
Who should apply for this role?
- 1 year experience in Customer Success role (ideally in the financial services industry) + Prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills and core competency in numerical data.
- Team skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
