Job profile :-

- Works with client teams to map client processes to benchmarking frameworks for back-office processes (ie. Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources and Information technology)

- Reviews data, tools and content resources available with client teams to support benchmarking project (e.g., APQC data, Aberdeen reports)

- Bench marking

- Relationship management
