Benchmarking Consultant - KPO

Benchmarking consultant :

- Works with client teams to understand their needs and efficiently route requests to resources (Benchmarking or within company) to address request

- Manages a queue of requests responding to client team in a timely manner and updating the status and content in tools

- Actively works to transition client teams requests to collect client data for comparison by describing the value of process benchmarking

- Works with client teams to map client processes to benchmarking frameworks for back-office processes (ie. Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources and Information technology)

- Reviews data, tools and content resources available with client teams to support benchmarking project (e.g., APQC data, reports)

- Facilitates collecting and validating data across all benchmarking tools by working with field practitioners and clients

- Manages collaboration with analytic team to validate ad-hoc peer groups and quality of benchmarking deliverables

- Develops relationships with Knowledge partners (e.g., SMI) and external vendors (e.g., APQC) to better understand how to leverage them on benchmarking projects

- Ability to function within supporting tools/platforms (e.g., Connections communities, Lotus Notes databases, Excel/Access spreadsheets and databases)

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience

- Approximately 1-3 years of professional experience

- Experience in a benchmarking role or data analytic role is a must.

Must be from premier colleges having minimum 1 year of experience in benchmarking projects
