Job Description:


- Responsible to maintain given Region, Counter, Individual staff Business and achieve Target on monthly basis.


- Responsible for Onboarding formalities of new joinee. Guidelines to fill-up the necessary documents, brief introduction of company, product knowledge, sales process, price list session SOP, dispenser standards.


- Responsible to maintain a cordial relationship with Doctors, hospital staff & hospital management.


- Meeting with counter team members and share day to day MOM to Regional Manager.


- Should visit the accountable counters regularly. Rural areas counter need to be visit twice in a month to ensure smooth business.


- Responsible to update all developments of the counters, region, hospital to Regional Manager on regular basis.


- Responsible for procuring the right stocks for the counters as per the customer profile requirement & ensure stocks are well maintained by the counter teams.


- Responsible for getting all Trade licensees required as per the local government & ensure all licensees get renewed before due date.


- Responsible to conduct Audit weekly or monthly once.


- Responsible to ensure that counter teams achieve monthly targets & counter goal in terms of Rx Walk-ins, Conversion %, Volume, Value & ATV.


- Responsible to minimize the counter & lab petty expenditures as much as possible.


- Responsible to maintain employee cost to company same or below the percentage provided by the company and therefore parallelly maintaining number of head count at counters.


- Responsible to maintain the d- cor of the counter every time. Change of visual merchandising twice in a year in coordination with Marketing Department.


- Responsible to maintain the confidentiality of Company Business data, Internal Process & Procedures, Documents, Customer data & any other company internal business transaction.


- Responsible for handling Fitting Labs.


- Responsible in attainting goals assigned by Reporting Manager.


Job Specification:


- Should have decision making ability


- Having a good doctors exposure.


- Exposure in ophthalmology segment is an added advantage or from optical industry background.


- Should be flexible in travelling across locations assigned.


- Good exposure in market Research & Analysis.


- Team Handling ability
