A grand vision is only as good as the execution. As customers clamour for our services and we expand rapidly, we need team to take the model and scale it in current locations and launch in many new more locations and create value for all.
Reports To: the brand and the customers. The CoFounders will be there to help, but you need to get your own ideas to execute and quick, and scale up.
Responsibilities:
- Scale operations and expand in to new cities.
- Manage and build teams for scaling up.
- Enhance/establish the process, SOPs, expansion plans, Provide inputs/insights for the tech team, marketing team, etc.
- Growth Operations (expansion, tie ups, etc). Ex Operations head/lead of some growth startup which has expanded to cities with pace.
Who are you:
Execution master a very hands-on person who would have done lots of ground work Likes of:
- New locations launches (team, infra, LAM plan, execution etc)
- Acquisition & on-boarding (vendor, merchants, suppliers, etc)
- Multi location ops
You went to a well-known institute, have worked in StartUps and yet love StartUps.
