(https://believe.sg/) is a global, Singapore-based FMCG group which manufactures personal care, Skincare, beauty products & hygiene care and supplies to retail market globally. We currently market & sell our own brand products in multiple countries through conventional retail & online channels. About the role:

we are looking for enthusiastic folks to join us to manage various supply chain & operations responsibilities like - Supply Chain analysis & control centre, International Logistics planning & Operations, Distribution planning & Logistics Operations, based out of Bangalore.

Would like to meet/talk to people having DIY attitude, mindset of solving supply chain problems and a proven track record in any of the following aspects:

- Build, manage & control Supply chain performance metrics

- Leading teams by setting up right processes & methods to manage Supply chain & operational metrics & costs

- Experience in leading supply chain optimization projects (Inventory, Logistics, Operations, 3PLs, CFAs etc)

- Experience & Passion to explore ways & managing international logistics

Requirement: Engineering (tier1/2 colleges) + relevant experience, MBA in operations a plus but mandatory
