We are looking for a Senior Manager for our Operations department who will lead our Outlet related Operations in the entire City. As head of city operation, you will be responsible for overall P&L, Expansion and Efficient operation of the business and will report to the National Operations Head. Below are the responsibilities that will have to be done by the candidate.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for growth in every unit, plan marketing activities and achieve the P&L Objectives.
- Daily Operations updates and checks of each store at the beginning and closing of stores.
- Hire & develop right talent at every level of operation.
- Keep a tight control on all operational and financial aspects of the store.
- In charge of labour control, product cost controls, Damage, theft, shortages and waste control for all stores in City.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guideline.
- Supervise shifts, appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and Store events
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future Store operations.
- Manage Stores good image and suggest ways to improve it.
- Controlling day-to-day operations by making sure that the minimum outlet manpower requirements are met and develop the restaurant team.
- Control Profit & Loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate action.
- Design and execute SOPs to improve operation efficiency and customer service levels.
- Identify new markets for Expansion.
- Analyse market trends, competition and provide regular inputs to the management on product, price, promotion & services.
- Prepare presentation plan - monthly quarterly and yearly, routine audits for sales transactions and stock movement between outlets
- Prepare forecasting and budgets, and develop Operations ecosystem
- Maintain and improve SSSG and AOV growth
Requirements & Experience Needed:
- Experience of around 7-10 years of managing large scale operations in Quick Service Restaurants related Operations
- Graduate / IHM / MBA from a reputed institute
- Mobility and travelling between cities whenever required
- Great people management skills
- Hands-on operation experience
- CTC upto 10 Lacs
