The candidate must be B.Arch. with 7+ years of functional experience in intermodal operations, business development, project management in retail and QSR. The candidate will be responsible for renovations of the new outlets that open PAN India and manage all Infrastructure needs, including maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Experience in handling projects and leading a team of Interior Designers & Architects
- Add-on experience of handling Maintenance teams will be preferred
- Manage key accounts and collaborations
- Experience in understanding & creating basic CAD drawings and layouts
- Regular follow up with business development & operation team for the store openings in pipeline.
- Working on site blue print, preparing design
- Inter department co-ordination, involved in "New outlet set up"
- Cost analysis of material, labour, vendor and equipment
- Monitor & Document progress of the project
- Assessing requirement & subsequently hiring necessary personnel, (contractor, labour, vendor etc.)
- Involve in redesigning / renovation of store for enhancing the brand look & feel
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the efficient execution of projects and for work to be executed in store
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Daily follow-ups on the break-downs and maintenance calls received by the team from stores PAN India within the allotted SLA and timelines
Required Technical Skills
- AutoCAD and/or Photoshop
- Adobe illustrator
- Basic MS Office

- Person should be a go-getter, energetic, willing to learn and presentable
- Ability to multi-task, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Energetic and motivated individual with good track record.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Should have strong implementation skills to transform corporate vision and strategy into profitable reality
- Excellent Team Management skills (will be handling a team of 8-10 people)
- Good understanding of electrical and mechanical work
Qualification Experience and Other Details
- B.Arch. or B.E./B.Tech. in any field
- Project Management/Renovation/Construction Projects Management experience of 7 years
- Interior Designing exposure will be preferred
- Experience in Maintenance profile with team management skills for min 5 years will also be preferred
- QSR experience will be preferred
- CTC - 10 to 15 lacs
