BWC is looking for Finance and Accounts Manager

Who are you :

- You are a hustler with a can do attitude

- Have prior experience of setting up financial processes and leading accounts from the front

- Have preferably worked with startups and are looking forward to accelerate your learning curve

- A CA with 3-4 years of experience in above areas and have worked in ERP systems

- Able to interact and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create a forward looking finance team

What you'll do :

- Oversee the accounting requirements across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, Accruals and Expense Claims, Inter Company, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Tax related and other general ledger related while ensuring that the accounting and records are accurate, in compliance and error free.

- Closing the books of accounts for month-quarter and year end and reporting the same.

- Error-free and timely sign off of balance sheet reconciliation.

- Flag risks if any and work with the team to find counter measure

- Assist in designing & implementing financial processes and SOPs

- Coordinate with various functional heads to ensure smooth flow of day to day transactions

- Lead a team of 10+ and work closely with them to ensure following are performed periodically

- Reconciliations with Vendors and Franchise partners

- Ensuring payments are in line with internal policies and laws

- Review of all advances and liabilities - explanation of all old, unusual and large items.

- Monitoring accounting of all petty cash expenses - Completeness and as per policy

- Bank Reconciliation

- Daily sales reconciliation

- Reporting - MIS, Balance sheet and any other Adhoc report as needed

- Complete Income reconciliation of all heads to ensure no revenue leakages

- Monitoring expenses vis a vis budgets

- All Statutory compliances and payments including but not limited to - TDS, GST, Income tax
