Deputy Manager - BD - Franchise Management
Job Description/Key Responsibilities :
1. Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchisee
2. Identify and locate potential franchisees in the selected markets : discovering and exploring opportunities.
3. Screen potential franchisee by analyzing investment requirements, franchisee's potential, and financials, franchise experience, and vision
4. Finalize the deal with franchisee by negotiating terms and conditions of each franchise agreement
5. Responsible for the launch and development of the franchise as per the agreed terms and conditions
Required Skills :1. Selling : Concepts, Business Strategy, Corporate Services, Marketing, PR.
2. Track Record : Go-Getter, must have Persistence, Result Oriented and be able to achieve revenue targets.
3. Outlook : Long term career focus. High ethical standards of integrity & dependability
4. PC : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, Social Networking.
Key Performance Indicator : 1. Drive the team to meet the set roll out targets
2. Strategic Tie ups to assist brand growth
3. Seamless Coordination for each rollout
4. P&L Management of Each franchised unit
