Our product, Envirox- , serves as a fuel borne catalyst designed to enhance fuel efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and play a pivotal role in aftermarket fuel additives for Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) regeneration.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead the market expansion and sales efforts of Envirox- . As the key driver of business growth, you will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders. Your strategic thinking, industry expertise, and proven track record in fuel additives will be crucial in driving the adoption of Envirox- across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for Envirox- , aligning with the company's growth objectives.

- Identify and target potential clients and markets, including major transport operators, fuel distributors, and aftermarket automotive companies.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing agreements to secure new business opportunities and partnerships.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

- Collaborate closely with the R&D team to stay informed about product enhancements, improvements, and developments, and effectively communicate these to clients.

- Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of Envirox- .

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance the company's visibility and network with potential clients and partners.

- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven track record in business development, sales, and market expansion, particularly in the fuel additives or automotive industry.

- Strong understanding of diesel engines, fuel efficiency technologies, and emission reduction solutions.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients at various organizational levels.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.

- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new markets.
