Beingtheparent.com - Community Lead

We are building a platform for millennial parents to make the entire parenting eco- system available at finger-tip.

It's early days here. In the process of building a passionate team. You would be the 1st person in the team with Community expertise.

Location - Bangalore- Objective - Make 'Being The Parent' the most preferred platform for moms, dads to get their parenting jobs done.

Key Responsibilities

- Own up user engagement through dynamic content feed and community support

- Facilitate creation of multiple communities depending on proximity, life-stage and need.

- Plan and execute engagement activities in multiple forms and formats to drive daily visits.

- Build a sustainable and scalable mechanism of identifying community leaders and generating content from users.

- Get directly involved in the initial stage to build buzz in the communities.

- Be on top of engagement metrics, like, DAU, MAU, Duration, Sharing etc to - ensure continuous improvement

- Track user needs & pains to share insights with Product team for improving - user experience on a continuous basis.

What you have to offer

- 2-3 years of solid experience in building and nurturing communities, preferably on native platform.

- Community led growth or revenue experience would be added advantage.

- Adept at setting up community guidelines and content calendar. Experience of - designing & implementing reward mechanism is preferable

- Millennial moms to Infants / Toddlers (requirement )
