Talent Acquisition
This position will be responsible for Talent Acquisition of all new and replacement positions across all levels (Executive - Senior Management).
This positions will also encompass managing campus relations which includes summer internship program and the Management trainee program. In addition to this the incumbent will be managing the Global Trainee program.
Talent Acquisition :
- Support and participate in staffing budget planning discussions and Business plan process
- Lead and drive the hiring planning meeting with the Line function heads to Review the position requirements/job description, the candidate profile and salary/level benchmarks
- Develop a recruiting/sourcing strategy (where and how to find the right talent)
- Identify screening criteria and interview panel/roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure recruitment delivery and onboarding for all business as per defined timelines
- Manage campus engagement and branding for summer process and the finals
There will be additional responsibilities given to this person over and above TA.
