Role Overview:
As NIVEA INDIA evolves into its next phase of digital transformation, we are looking for a Precision Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible will be for orchestrating Paid Digital media & precision marketing activities from ideation to execution, defining and monitoring measurement approach, checking for implementation of digital media best practices, and supporting transversal enablers for the Beiersdorf PM transformation acting as a change agent in the organization. Thereby you will need to engage closely with global and regional digital teams, category directors and key external partners (media and creative agencies).
Detailed Responsibilities:
Orchestrate Precision Marketing Activities
- Lead of project management of all PM campaigns to ensure timely and quality delivery with focus on KPIs and generating learnings to upskill all stakeholders (category/media/agency teams) for stronger implementations in future.
- Lead ideation sessions to ensure that campaign designs are addressing main business challenges and strategical questions.
- Ensure that agencies are following brand safety guidelines, digital execution best practices.
- Lead in-flight optimization meetings playing an active role on KPI monitoring and recommending fixes/adaptations.
- Engage and coach category teams and external agencies on PM principles and ensure framework compliance for digital campaigns.
Define and monitor measurement approach:
- Define measurement approach and make sure that data sources for campaign success monitoring are addressing categories business challenges and strategical questions.
- Ensures processes and governance are in place to monitor campaign performance and alerts marketing and media when necessary (weekly meetings, steering committees, stand-ups, etc.)
- Ensure proper media KPI framework implementation on every stage of consumer journey.
Check for implementation of digital media best practices:
- Coordinate campaigns quality assurance process with main stakeholders ensuring that structure is following the planned design.
- Ensure brand safety and digital golden rules implementation.
Support transversal enablers for PM transformation:
- Engage and upskill main stakeholders (agencies, category leads, etc) on PM principles. Identifying main knowledge gaps and building a training program based on it.
- Make sure PM enablers are in place and streamlined in the organization, and act whenever there's a gap, alerting global and regional teams.
- Responsible for compiling campaign's final results and sharing learnings with broader community (global and regional).
Lead the DCRM & 1PD efforts for NIVEA India:
- Driving the 1PD strategy that addresses the organisation's Digital & Brand objectives
- Developing partnerships with Whatsapp and other CRM partners to build a quality 1PD approach and ensure meaningful deployment of relevant audiences in PM execution
Actively engaging with key Brand and agency stakeholders to understand their objectives to arrive at relevant T&Ls & use cases
Required Qualification:
1. Experience - 4-6 years of experience in Digital marketing positions, with proven records of accomplishment in digital performance and leading performance marketing campaigns.
Skillset:
- Comprehensive knowledge on digital campaigns execution and planning.
- Ability to effectively translate marketing objectives into digital execution to effectively and efficiently increase both online and offline sales.
- Knowledge of advertising tech: GMP, DSP, DMP, Social platforms Business Managers etc.
- Desirable: Brand / category marketing and project management background, along with experience of market share data.
