Job Description : Modern Trade Servicing Manager
Overall Obligation :
The Modern Trade Servicing Manager is :
- An integral functional part of the Nivea Modern Trade vertical looking after and responsible for all MT supply chain related processes
- Work along with the MT team and Demand team towards MT forecast improvement.
- Promo Allocation & Tracking
- NIVEA's SPOC to external and internal customer for all Supply Chain related activities
- Customer Servicing-(from PO raising to GRN entry)
- Retailers Accounts reconciliation-Supply Chain Part
- Monthly Review with retailers along with NKAM and Half Yearly Review with Retailers-Top to Top
- Reporting
Is responsible for reducing Out of Stock on shelf :
- By improving fill rate to retailers/distributors,
- By ensuring that stocks are moved to stores from retailers- DC and distributor on time with improved fill rate
- By getting the ordering corrected through master correction and seasonality consideration
- Is responsible for MT Supply Chain Cost Optimization
- Should monitor Stock on Hand at Retailers- stores, DC and Distributor and guide/help MT Sales Team on management of same
- Will be lead contact person for Modern Trade Supply Chain activities/issues and will coordinate with MT Sales Team, CSOs, RLEs and Retailer Supply Chain and Category Team.

Detailed Responsibilities (non-conclusive) :
- To ensure all the opportunities of PO Servicing are captured with maximum fill rate in coordination with Retailers- Distribution & Logistics team
- To ensure that POs are serviced within the stipulated time line to the Retailers- DC
- Master Management: To ensure that retailers SKU Master are kept updated at all times.
- Ensuring proactive resolution of retailers- supply related queries
- Coordinate internally with Customer service officers and logistics executive for smooth and effective operation
- Ensure PO Management through team.
- Retailer wise fill rate improvement plan closure and perusal in coordination with NKAM and Logistics Head
- Ensuring Promo availability as per the plan in coordination with planning and logistics team and highlight in case of discrepancy
- Ensuring internally and communicating the hub wise promo availability to the retailers so that POs are raised in the same configuration
- Ensuring coordination with RLEs on timely dispatches, accounting GRNs, accounting sales returns on time.
- Support MT Finance on timely reconciliation with the required data
- Ensuring right and timely reporting
- Retailers wise fill rate (DKA & IDKA both), reasons for loss and how we are going to improve the same.
- Invoice-GRN-Sales Return tracking
- Inventory Management at Distributor and Retailers level
- S&OP process coordination and compilation
Required Qualification :
Education : post graduate preferably MBA from premier institutes
- 3 - 5 years experience in Modern Trade Supply Chain Management
- From FMCG / Retail industry
- PC Know-how: excellent SAP and MS-Office skills, quick grasp of Order processing-software
- Languages: very good command of spoken and written English.
Organization :
- Modern Trade Servicing Manager will report functionally to SC Planning Head and matrix to Head, Modern Trade
Secrecy :
- The incumbent is strictly obliged to keep any company information as a secret, especially after termination of the labor-relation.
