He has to build internal customer-oriented process.   - He acts as an internal consultant and will be engaged in cross-functional projects.   Successful performance requires :  - Understating of the costing concepts   - Management accounting knowledge  - Analytical and logical reasoning  - Strong presentation skills  - Influencing & challenging skills  - Good understanding of FMCG business   - Business Decision Making  - Flair for numbers  - Cross functional team player  Detailed Responsibilities (non-inclusive) :  - Overall responsibility of leading and driving the company business planning submissions to HQ / Regional team & periodic updates as per the corporate calendar including short terms and long term plans  - Annual budget preparation - detailed discussion with Marketing, Sales & Supply chain  - Monthly COGS & inventory analysis and closing related activities in SAP  - Channel wise, Product category wise & SKU wise profitability analysis   - Tracking of business KPI's and providing monthly management update on the same.  - One point contact all supply chain KPI reporting including analysis & reporting of working Capital Management, cost saving projects & other KPI's.  - Playing the role of supply chain controller to influence logistics cost / production arrangement, cost-benefit analysis, indigenous v/s import decision, make or buy decision, conversion cost fixation for 3PM- s, inbound & outbound freight control etc.  - Working closely with the Factory team for product cost analysis and challenging them by comparing costs with 3PM & Import product cost analysis  - Act as one point contact from business side on GST  - Monitoring Supply Chain savings and give inputs for areas of further savings potential  - Scenario building & proactively making recommendations for improving profitability  - Business case simulation for new product launches in collaboration with Supply Chain & Marketing teams  Required Qualification :  Education:   - University degree in Finance/Accounting like CWA, CMA, CA etc. Added MBA degree will be an advantage.  - 3-4 years- experience in Controlling (Business Finance / MIS) including time spent in factory. Overall person with higher experience will also be fine but not exceeding 6 years. Good pedigree in a reputed FMCG company.  - PC Know-how: excellent MS-Office especially skills advance excel & presentation skills quick grasp of accounting-software, SAP  - Languages: excellent command of spoken and written English
