Responsible to develop NIVEA India e-commerce marketing strategy and execution to drive online business
Accountabilities - list in priority order the main accountabilities/deliverables of the role, including key measures. These should be clearly the responsibilities of the JOB HOLDER.
- Conceptualize, design and implement relevant campaigns across select e-commerce portals to drive visibility and business
- Develop Promotional strategy for e-commerce channel by understanding the model as well competitive and business trends.
- Develop A+ contents, SEO based Product description pages, Brand/ Theme Stores and visibility banners
- Collaborating with cross-function partners (Category / Brand Marketing / Digital Marketing teams) on all aspects of E-Commerce business including product portfolio, content strategy, promotion campaign and agency management.
- Design and increase the impact of the online marketing investment through continuous improvement by measuring, analyzing and interpreting campaign results and utilizing this information to improve return on investment for future campaigns.
- Set up robust Review mechanisms to generate MIS to enable decision-making at HO level.
- Analyze data available in various MIS to develop action plans for business development.
- Understand the market realities and benchmark visibility, banners, promos with other FMCG companies
Job Dimensions - what is the scope of the role - volume, net revenue, budget, geography, number of customers, number of sites etc for THIS role-
- Support profitable functioning & scale-up of NIVEA India e-commerce business.
- Geographical Location / Number of sites - All PAN India online portals (pure players / marketplace / beauty portals / grocers / multichannel)

Key Skills/Experience Required - specific education/certification, specific functional experience, language etc NEEDED for the job. Please note that this is not necessarily the incumbent's personal background.
- Shopper and Customer Marketing / Digital Marketing experience of 3+ years in FMCG.
- 1+ year E-Commerce marketing / brand management experience is mandatory.
- Analytical, influencing, collaboration & inclusion skills are desirable.
