Brand Manager
Job Description:
- Overall Understanding Of Market Landscape, Categories, Competitors In India.
- Annual/Day-To-Day Business Management.
- Lead in define issues/opportunities/drive categorys growth with cross-functional team, extensive knowledge of the brand, the category, competitors and the market from quantitative and qualitative market research.
- Take up business critical projects and lead them for the MU.
- Consistently monitoring and analyzing business performance, market situation and competitors for monthly business review meeting.
- Developing, implementing and controlling the Annual Business Plan and Product Marketing Plan for each brand group (BGR).
- Own Marketing Budget for India MU.
- Own & Manage P&L performance.
- Prepare reports to monitor / evaluate key brands performance.
- Initiate BDI when opportunities arise.
- Works closely with SCM, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance to deliver launch and re-launch activities.
- Support Marketing Manager in develop price strategy.
- Support Marketing Manager in driving India Harmonization process and work closely with markets to align India claims and support Indian law development, approval, upload to D2P.
- Share best practice, asset, campaign to India MU countries.
- Prepare Financial forecast for NPD submission.
- Prepare launch meeting presentation for approval.
- Analysis of internal sales, category trends and competition activity.
Media & Communication:
- Work with Media & Digital/ Agencies to get the right media strategy, consumer journey at the optimized spending level that deliver businesss goals.
- Work with Media & Digital for PIM score, precision marketing and ensure work in line with Digital KPI.
- Work with Category Manager India for NPD and Communication (adaptation, last miles) and cascade plan to SCM and cross function.
- Take initiative in bringing new ideas based on in-depth consumers understanding as well as come up with solution when project is not progressing.
- Strong analytical, project management, strategic thinking skills.
- Active, energetic, result driven, easily to adapt with changes, creative, and good interpersonal skill.
- Very good command in English both spoken and written.
- Good computer literacy.
