- Hands on behavioral training experience

- Deep understanding of concepts and models

- Specific focus on managerial and customer facing role

- Network of trainers across the country for delivering training

- Ability to deliver stand up training till mid to entry level

- Ability to convert analog training to digital

- Large scale program management
