The incumbent should have experience in conducting Behavioral Training, Soft Skills, Voice and Accent & Communication Training.

- Conducting Behavioral, Induction and Product specific Trainings

- Co-facilitating Strategy & Leadership Workshops on need basis

- Co-facilitating Team Building Workshops for departments on need basis

- Designing Behavioral and Product training modules for 3 learning formats - classroom,

- e-Learning and m-Learning
