We are looking for Behavioural (soft skills) Trainer at oneof the Leaders in Aerospace company at Bangalore.

Position - Manager

Location - Bangalore

Experience - 9 - 12 years

Desired Profile:

- Responsible for conducting Soft Skill Training, Assessment on Critical Process Measures and training to bridge the process gaps and updating of new process requirements, identify the learning gaps of associates and plan training to address the same.

- Identifying training gaps by constantly assessing the business environment, pace of changing organization, changing skill sets and creating a learning organization culture.

- Formulating assessment tools in line with competencies assess training need identification.

- Supervising the Roll out of Training needs analysis by analyzing the performance data along with Implementing of training course content.

- Maintaining a comprehensive MIS of training delivered and highlighting emerging trends.

- Framing training objectives based on training needs after assessment of gap between skills already available and desired. Mapping them to core business objectives.

- Delivery of leadership and behavioural training
