Position: Sales Director (International Business Development).

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets.

- Focus on acquiring new logos in the finance and accounting market, prioritizing high-value accounts that deliver substantial growth.

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management (Managing sales team of 3-4 members minimum).

- Create and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified leads.

- Negotiate and close deals with high-value clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

- Analyze sales data and identify trends to improve sales performance.

- Oversee sales forecasting and budgeting for the team.

- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

- 10+ Years of experience in B2B International sales.

- Graduate/postgraduate degree.

Job Location, Work Timings and Work Model:

- Mumbai/Pune/Gandhinagar.

- 5:30 am-2:30 pm IST for AU /12.30pm to 09.30pm IST for UK/ 5.30pm TO 2.30am IST for US.

- Full time.
