The team has experience in serial entrepreneurship, building category leaders, tech venture capital, mobility, and rapidly scaling start-up operations. We are largely focused on end customers for procurement and sales.
As a Product Analyst in the Analytics Team at Beepkart, you will play a critical role in understanding user needs using web/app events data, analyzing new product feature performance, and driving data-informed decisions. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure our products meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Collect, parse, analyze, and interpret large events data from Website and App to understand customer behavior and signals
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities and simultaneously provide recommendations/suggestions
Product Development Support:
- Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and prioritize features based on data-driven insights.
- Participate in the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring data key-data logging and capturing is done
- Conduct A/B testing and other statistical tests to evaluate product features and enhance user experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales.
- Present data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of analytics tools and data tracking mechanisms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field;
- Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in product analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
- Good Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Hands-on experience on Python for advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and applications.
- Familiarity with data warehousing solutions like Redshift or BigQuery
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment..
- Good documentation skills of the development of analysis
- Having knowledge of Google Analytics and CleverTap
