Your insights and data will help shape the strategy of the company going forward. Day in the life: 1. Proactively design and conduct Qualitative and Quantitative research to help understand the Target audiences. 2. Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations 3. Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers' preferences 4. Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it 5. Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations 6. Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation 7. Speak to users via user calls and field visits to help gain marketing insights. Knowledge and Experience Required: 1. Proficient with MS office suite, especially MS excel. 2. Proven Market Research Analysis experience 3. Strong communication and presentation skills 4. Familiarity with CRM programs 5. Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc) 6. Strong analytical and critical thinking 7. Fluent in English, Hindi, (Tamil/Kannada).
