Job description:

Requirement:

- 10-18 years experience in HR Domain.

- 5+ years experience in a leadership role is required.

- Experience in BPO would be an advantage.

- Immediate joiners would be preferred.

- Open to work in night shifts.

Strategic HR Leadership"

- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design.

- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives across the organization.

Talent Management:

- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.

- Design and implement talent development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and training initiatives.

- Monitor performance management systems and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

- Foster a positive work environment by implementing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.

- Serve as a mediator and facilitator in resolving workplace conflicts.

Policy Development & Compliance:

- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

- Ensure adherence to employment laws, including but not limited to EEO, ADA, and FLSA regulations.

- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to mitigate risks.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

- Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and initiatives.

- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, including turnover, engagement, and workforce demographics.

- Analyze trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve HR effectiveness.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor HR team members, fostering professional growth and development.

- Promote collaboration and ensure alignment of HR initiatives across departments.

- Drive continuous improvement within the HR team by streamlining processes and adopting best practices
