Position Description:
The Head - Supply & Delivery profile manages the acquisition and delivery. The Head - S&D manages the acquisition, contracting, inventory, standards and delivery of the accommodation.
The Head - S&D is responsible for all or part of these areas:
- Supply Management
- Identification of properties as per the company laid norms
- Acquisition of properties / inventory
- Maintain real time inventory
- Create new supply of ecosystem development by conducting workshops, training of innkeepers and local marketing events.
- Delivery Management
- Ensure adequate inventory is available
- Ensure standards are maintained at all properties
- Lead the delivery team towards enhanced Customer Experience
- Maintain close contact with Sales & Marketing team to ascertain customer expectation and match the delivery with the same
- Working with Sales & E-Marketing team ensuring increase Conversions (Look to Book), Hotel/Homestay Ranking, Tactical Offer creations, Marketing layouts, Reviews & Reputation Management.
- Working/feedback to product team for better UI Experience to customer, suggestions for new features on supply & front end.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving smooth and timely operation.
- Performance Competition Analysis across OTA, Rate & Room Parity issues, gathering marketing intelligence
Strategic Planning:
- Business planning and execution with Sales & Marketing for achieving Revenues, transactions and room nights
- Team Management:
- Driving, motivating & Ensuring ground team effectiveness & Team Management - R&R, KRAs, Execution Excellence, Productivity
