Base Location - Mumbai

Ideal Profile :

- 7+ Years of experience in building, scaling and leading the Brand Function at a consumer facing company.

- Excellent communication and story-telling skills with in-depth knowledge of marketing & branding

- Experience in working with VC backed start-ups, internet/tech companies or retail companies

- Penchant to work hard to strengthen the brand in the initial few years to gain a better work-life balance in future

Role and Responsibilities :

- Build and own the brand face/voice of beco as a brand.

- Own creation that goes to the customer or retailers or even to the non-user platforms.

- Planning 360 degree campaigns and omni-channel adaptation strategy

- Executing ATL and BTL activities across geographies in India.

- Maintaining and evolving brand guidelines as per usage and trends.

- Build teams and grow them.

- Need an obsession to understand the User and building creative strategy around engagement with the user.

- Will lead all the branding Initiatives.

- Orchestrating customer interviews and focus group studies at beco
