Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy and plan tailored to final requirements, including selecting appropriate sourcing platforms, crafting acquisition pitches, designing the acquisition funnel, and more.
- Lead sourcing efforts to ensure high-quality candidates are identified and sourced according to requirements and within agreed timelines.
- Clearly and transparently communicate role specifications and terms to candidates.
- Drive candidate negotiations and address their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Proactively communicate any candidate-specific requests or required modifications to the Engagement Manager.
- Ensure clear tracking of progress, foster transparency, and facilitate seamless coordination within the Expert team.
- Conduct thorough screening of applicants to assess their technical qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, knowledge, and abilities in alignment with the job description.
- Provide constructive feedback and maintain comprehensive records of candidate evaluations, feedback, and assessment results.
- Generate regular reports on sourcing activities and relevant data points to track progress.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in technical screening methodologies.
- Continuously enhance the technical sourcing process to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall candidate experience.
