We are looking for an individual:
- Responsible for mining data identify and quantify business expansion opportunities.
- Providing daily/weekly reports to internal team members is a key function.
- Responsible for the analysis and reporting of sales related data to meet the needs of Sales.
- Create both standard and custom reports and conduct quantitative product/sales analysis to support the Sales function.
- Analyze and detect sales trends
- Prepare monthly presentation for the business meeting.
- Analyzes syndicated data to uncover ways to prove or enhance a business development.
- Monitors syndicated sales data and communicates suggested strategies and tactics regularly to the Head -Sales and Marketing to make necessary adjustments to the sales.
- Tracks marketing spends, promotional performance and track the efficiency of spends
- Maintains sales tracking reports.
- Assists in building an annual sales plan.
- To develop reporting & tools that give a deep insight into the company’s sales business on a daily and weekly basis.
- To provide the Sales management team with the information that allows intelligent business decisions to be made
- To own the end to end process of reporting, including requisite development of systems and processes that will be the enabler for professional reporting to be evolved.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned in line with the business strategy
In addition, the Sales Analyst should be competent in the following technical areas:
- Strong technical Business Analysis skills, including experience in a range of methodologies, elicitation
- methods and documentation techniques
- Maintain a good understanding of key developments in the telecom industry.
Must possess the following personal skills and attributes:
- Strong customer orientation and focus.
- Creative thinker with the ability to understand root cause without jumping to solution
- Excellent professional communication skills when dealing with both business and technical stakeholders
- Full command of English, both written and verbal
- Experience in working in the private sector environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics or a related discipline or Masters in Business Administration
- 2-3 years of related experience in sales functions as a sales/business analyst.
- Dynamic individual with hands-on experience in MS office
- Good verbal & writing skills
- Has depth knowledge in analyzing reports end to end
- Expertise in preparing variety of reports by analyzing and interpreting the data
- Team management skills
- Ability to meet the deadlines and think out of the box
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of all Office programs
- Results focused with excellent analytical skills. As a Sales Analyst you are required to work with great sense of accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to discuss and explain complex information to audiences with varying knowledge levels
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demanding projects in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Able to work independently and closely with colleagues on several topics
- Energetic and balanced with a drive for results
- Strong attention to detail
