Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Operations, Product and Technology teams to develop system and processes
- Client Servicing & Reporting
- Cross sell / up sell solutions to the existing clients/ engagements
- Bring analytical tools and techniques to derive business benefits.
- Demonstrate excellence in engagement delivery, with strong customer relations at senior executive levels.
- Team Management
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of rich experience in sales operations / supply chain and process re-engineering.(preferably in Retail / FMCG)
- Experience in managing a team of analyst
- Degree in Engineering or MBA in operations from a premier institute
- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of all key aspects of a typical business - product, marketing, operations and finance
- Excellent analytical abilities
- People management skills: Ability to build, lead and mentor large teams of Analysts
