Undergraduate from IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs - Pilani, NSIT, DCE) is an advantage
Reporting To : Founder Director
Work Experience :
- 4-6 years with a Minimum 3+ year post MBA
- Experience in institutional (B2B) deal sourcing or selling high impact services to Corporate HNIs (CEOs, Sales Heads etc.)
Salary Indication : Not a constraint for suitable candidate
The key job responsibilities include the following :
- Establishing Connects with CEOs, Sales Heads of mid to large FMCG / CPG companies
- Deal sourcing, tracking and closure
- Provide inputs on feedbacks to improve pitch decks and communication
The key skills required :
- Should have handled large accounts, managed relationships with the top management of large MNCs
- Excellent Presentation & Oral Communications Skills
- Ardent pursuer of Goals and highly organized
- Existing business network in the FMCG industry or experience in selling technology /services will be preferred
Other Details :
- This position will be a part of the leadership team of the organization and will be interacting regularly with the top management on strategic decisions and annual growth plans of the organization.
- Position will be based out of the Corporate Office in Gurgaon
