Key Responsibilities

- Own & drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to make BeBetta the go- to platform for gamified rewards.

- Lead and mentor the product team to build world- class features that drive retention and monetization.

- Develop and optimize gamification mechanics that enhance user engagement, loyalty, and revenue.

- Leverage data- driven insights to iterate and improve product offerings, ensuring user- centric innovation.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive seamless execution and feature rollouts.

- Engage with key stakeholders (users, partners, and investors) to align product development with business goals.

- Stay ahead of industry trends in gaming, blockchain, and digital rewards to maintain BeBetta's competitive edge.

Who You Are

- 6+ years of product leadership experience, with a proven track record in RMG, gaming, or entertainment.

- Deep understanding of gamification, loyalty programs, and reward mechanisms.

- Strong experience in data- driven product management, A/B testing, and analytics.

- Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands- on execution.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a passion for gaming.

- Experience working in high- growth, fast- paced environments.
