Responsibilities:
- Lead south region for the service line and lead a team of professionals in the region.
- Drive the business development for the Practice, by building and managing relationships with key target clients and partners at all levels - "C" level, as well as operational/managerial levels.
- Develop a sales penetration and growth strategy for the key target clients, in conjunction with the Practice Leader and the Leadership team for the southern region of India.
- Expert knowledge and understanding of subject areas such as accounting, payroll, taxation, human resources, etc.
- Work with the dedicated sales team for the target client to implement the client specific penetration/growth plans.
- Work towards becoming an empanelled vendor with the clients identified and becoming their preferred outsourcing partner.
- Seek out and respond to prospect company issued RFPs / RFIs to help the practice gain new business.
- Develop opportunities for the Sales Team to work with Clients and opportunities identified
- Build strong relationships across all service lines and with the business development team to help surface new client opportunities and drive sales.
