Senior Associate/Assistant Manager - Post Merger Integration

Core Deal Value Creation roles & Responsibility:

Client Engagement Delivery:

- Responsible for managing and delivering Post Merger Integration/Carve- out/Operational assessment projects.

- Interact with leadership/CXOs at clients during project delivery

- Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams at all levels as well as within BDO.

- Actively drive business development and practice management initiatives

- Ability to work seamlessly with global teams (at client end as well as BDO)

- Experience in developing complex models in excel and developing executive level presentations

Technical Skills:

Business Development/Upsell:

- Responsible for supporting the partner/director for building the practice in the north region for BDO in India

- Sr Associate - INR 20 Lakhs; Associate - INR 15 Lakhs

- Have experience in planning & implementation of atleast 2-3 integration/separations of various front office andback office functions (Understanding of various facets of mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture transactions would be helpful)

- Have experience of delivering project management engagements - strong PMO skills and the ability to work in a high pressure deals environment

- Ability to understand complex deal situation and its implication on the client's / target's business model

- Decent knowledge about operations and processes across different functions in an organisation

- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills and Powe BI
